Hypertension (known in human medicine as the “silent killer”) is also prevalent in veterinary patients. Hypertension is especially common in cats and dogs with kidney disease. Hypertension is typically without symptoms until the patient suddenly becomes blind or develops a stroke. We are proud to be one of the first veterinary hospitals in Israel to offer blood pressure measurement for its patients.
